1. How do I place an online ad on the site?
You can place your online ad(s) directly on the website by visiting www.bdjmarketplace.com. You need to register or log in to your account and then click the post an ad button in the top right of the screen. Then you can complete the simple steps to get your ad live.

2. How much does an online ad cost?
There are a number of package costs depending on the category and level of promotion to suit your needs. Here are the pricing options.
3. What payment methods are available?
Online-only ads can be paid for on the website. We can accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.
For print ads priced under £200 you will need to pre-pay. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay by bank transfer or cheque – but please note that your payment needs to be received by us by 5pm on the deadline date, or you ad will not be placed.
For every booking we require your full address in order to confirm your ad, without it we cannot proceed. For clients that have placed advertising with us previously a postcode will normally suffice.
4. How do I place a print ad in the BDJ publication?
It is very simple to advertise with us. All you need to do is email us your ad copy. Upon receipt of your email, we will send you an automated notification and will be in touch within 24 hours.
We do always try to contact you within the same day and work hard to meet deadlines for replying. However, to make sure that your ad is placed it is best not to leave it close to our 5pm deadline since we cannot guarantee insertion. If required, we can also list your ad online.

6. How can I hide my contact information on my listing?
If you prefer that your contact details on your ad are not displayed online, please call the sales team on 020 7843 4729 for a solution.
7. I want to get my ad online immediately, how can I do this?
You can easily create and post your ad online immediately here.
If you prefer that we post your ad on the site for you within 24 hours, then please email us your ad copy, your telephone number and full billing address. Please note that there is a charge for this service from £98, excluding VAT.
8. There is an ad that is displaying a reply to box number as the contact details – how can I respond to that ad?
Please email us your application, quoting the box number from the ad in the email subject line.
9. I’d like to place an ad but I’m not sure how to word it, can you help?
Please either email or call the sales team on 020 7843 4729 and they can provide you with a checklist and advice on best practice.
10. I want to amend my current ad/repeat my previous ad, how can I do this?
To repeat an ad we can usually take instruction over the telephone. You will need to supply the ad booking ID from your booking confirmation email, or your postcode.
To amend your current ad, or repeat a previous ad including any amends you should email us and include the booking ID number. This will help with speed and accuracy.
We will always call or email you to confirm any changes or repeats to your ad.
11. Can I include my practice logo and/or a picture within my ad?
To place your practice logo on your online ad, simply upload a high resolution .PNG or .JPEG file during the post process. Dimensions are 360 x 180 pixels.
For print ads, you can only place pictures or logos in boxed ads. Email us a high resolution .PNG or .JPEG file, and we’ll do the rest.
12. I want to cancel my ad, how can I do this?
Ads cannot be cancelled once they are published online. You can however expire your online-only ad by logging into your account and opting to do this on our website.
13. I would like to preview my ad, can I do this?
During the online posting process you can choose to preview your ad before finally submitting it.
For a print ad, we can provide a proof up until the day before deadline. As proofs take up to 48 hours to produce, please ensure that you request it in time before the deadline.
Please note that we provide a maximum of three print ad proofs and we do not proof copy-only ads.
14. When are the deadlines for placing a print ad?
The BDJ is published every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. The deadline for every issue is always the Tuesday beforehand at 5pm to guarantee publication.
There is no deadline for placing an online ad.
